“My impression is that Best Western Troy Hotel presents a solid value, marked by genuinely responsive staff and clean, spacious rooms, though some areas show their age. The pool is a distinct highlight, a welcome amenity given the reasonable pricing. It's a comfortable, no-frills option that delivers on the essentials.”
