“My stay at Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile was defined by the truly exceptional staff who consistently went above and beyond, particularly during check-in and with attentive service at breakfast and the evening reception. The spacious suites provided a comfortable base, and while parking costs were considerable, the hotel's location proved invaluable for exploring the city on foot.
