Built in the 1920s, the Majestic Hotel is a completely non-smoking boutique property adorned with Chicago Cubs memorabilia. The hotel has 52 newly renovated rooms and suites, and sits near Wrigley Field, the MLB's second oldest stadium. Each of the 52 newly renovated rooms and suites has a 32-inch flat-screen TV, plush robes and mini bars. Select guest rooms include wood-burning fireplaces. The hotel provides family rooms and offers wine and champagne for in-room refreshment.

The hotel has an informal lobby seating area with board games and puzzles, plus 24-hour front desk and concierge service. Guests can use luggage storage, safety deposit boxes, and 24-hour security with CCTV in common areas and outside the property. The hotel is steps from Wrigley Field, home to baseball's Chicago Cubs, and a short walk from Wrigleyville neighborhoods.
