“I found the location to be particularly advantageous, putting guests within easy reach of Michigan Avenue's shopping and diverse dining options. While the suites are generally comfortable and well-appointed, I did note that some areas are beginning to show their age and could benefit from a refresh. Nevertheless, the attentiveness and responsiveness of the staff, even when addressing unexpected issues, stood out as a genuine strength.”
