The Robey occupies a 1929 Art Deco building originally an office tower at the intersection of three avenues in Bucktown and Wicker Park. The restoration maintained original elevators, door locks using actual keys, and linen blueprints displayed in the corridors. The Blue Line train is a 3-minute walk from the hotel, with Lincoln Park Zoo and Wrigley Field located 3 miles away.

Rooms have hardwood floors, 400-thread count sheets, and a Bluetooth-enabled sound system with TV connectivity.
